General sales conditions

These General Conditions of Sale are considered accepted without reservation by the Buyer at the time of placing an order.


The Buyer is solely responsible for the choice of the product that is the object of the sale, as well as the use or function for which it is intended. Request support from LUZFIN or representative of the area in case of doubts and special configurations.


All our products are guaranteed by a 2-year guarantee, with the exception of articles that have their guarantees extended (consult in each case) this guarantee against any manufacturing defect. This guarantee does not cover deterioration suffered by improper use, incorrect handling or incorrect installation. The photos cannot always show the reality of the product and there may be differences in terms of size, color, any other small variation in the product, they will not be a reason for claim by the buyer.


They will be those established in our rate except for explicit agreements confirmed by LUZFIN. Orders under € 100 will carry € 9 associated management fees. Any price variation may be passed on to orders pending supply. Due to misprints, product evolution or constant fluctuations in raw materials, LUZFIN reserves the right to vary prices without prior notice.


Consult rate of Shipping included. Any anomaly of the material received or incidence of the transport must be reflected in the delivery note that is signed to the carrier. The client must subsequently give us notice of the incident before 48 hours after delivery, not being responsible in any case if the claim is later than indicated. The customer is obliged to examine the goods at the time of delivery. The insurance of the transport agencies is not responsible if at least it has not been stated on the delivery note that there are visual defects in the box / s delivered.


The dispatch and delivery times will be counted from the acceptance of the order and are merely indicative (approximate and without obligation). The Buyer shall not be entitled to any compensation for eventual delays in delivery. Failure to comply with the delivery period does not entitle the customer to rescind the purchase contract without granting a reasonable period of time to solve said delay that may be derived from transport problems, strikes or other causes.


All orders for material made to measure, personalized or manipulated in express for the order must be confirmed in writing (returning the order form that is passed by email) before they go into operation. All custom manufacturing orders the customer must pay 50% in advance before the start of manufacturing (as a reservation).


Orders passed firm cannot be canceled without the approval of LUZFIN. The product cannot be returned if the return is for reasons beyond LUZFIN’s control, for this the return will be requested and if it is accepted it will be for a change of material and this may be paid with up to 20% demerit. The personalized or custom-made product cannot be returned if the return is for reasons beyond LUZFIN’s control.
